Rebuilding the broken walls of life – Nehemiah Ch3

Ernie Bayton gives us an overview of Nehemiah’s two major tasks of: ‘Rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls’ and ‘Rebuilding peoples’ lives’.  Within the first he mentions Nehemiah’s: Burden, Vision, Workforce and Opposition.

From there, he homes in on the workforce composed of many different people, from a range of different professions, working in different places around the city, but all with the one purpose of rebuilding the city wall and installing secure gates.

Then he brings it up to date, 2,500 years later, by considering where you now meet a group: with a common purpose, from all kinds of professions and backgrounds, working in different places and diversity of people.
