Decision Time – Esther Ch4

In this, the fourth, chapter Andy Hunter show how Esther is faced with a tough decision.  In view of the plotted genocide of her people, Mordecai urges her to go to the King and plead for them.  But Esther points out that that course of action could have fatal consequences.  Mordecai replies, with realism that, whatever she does, she, along with her people, is under a death sentence.  He then encourages her with the fact that if she doesn’t play her part others will.  But she will have missed the chance to be part of God’s plan to transform the world.  Esther made her decision – what about you?
